Manny Krakaris

Chief Executive Officer and Board Member

Emmanuel “Manny” Krakaris is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Secretary of Augmedix. Mr. Krakaris has been a member of the Augmedix board of directors since October 2018. Prior to Augmedix, Mr. Krakaris served as the Chief Executive Officer of Streetline, Inc. from August 2014 to February 2018 and as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to August 2014. Mr. Krakaris also served as Chief Financial Officer of Command Audio Corporation from 1996 to 2011. Mr. Krakaris received a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business from McGill University, and a M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Paul Ginocchio

Chief Financial Officer

Paul Ginocchio joined Augmedix in July of 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Augmedix, Mr. Ginocchio served as an independent strategic advisor to multiple technology companies. Mr. Ginocchio previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Brightfield Strategies LLC., a workplace data and analytics company, from January 2017 to September 2019. From November 1998 to May 2016, Mr. Ginocchio was Lead Analyst, then Managing Director of Information & Business Services Equity Research at Deutsche Bank AG. Mr. Ginocchio holds B.A. in Economics & Business Management from North Carolina State University, and a M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Sandra Breber

Chief Operating Officer

Sandra Breber has served as Chief Operating Officer of Augmedix since March 2019, and prior to that served as an advisor to the Company from November 2018 to March 2019. Prior to Augmedix, Ms. Breber served as advisor to Snipp Interactive, Inc. Ms. Breber also served as President and Co-founder of Ziploop, Inc., from April 2013 to November 2018. Ms. Breber holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from McGill University.

Saurav Chatterjee

Chief Technology Officer

Saurav Chatterjee joined Augmedix in November of 2020 as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Augmedix, Mr. Chatterjee served as the Vice President of Engineering at Lumiata, Inc. Mr. Chatterjee also served as the Senior Director and Head Conversational AI at Asurion, Inc., from May 2014 to October 2019. Mr. Chatterjee holds a B.A in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a PhD in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jonathan Hawkins

Chief Revenue Officer

Jonathan Hawkins joined Augmedix in April of 2019 as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining Augmedix, Mr. Hawkins served as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Sales and Marketing for Spry Health, Inc., a healthcare data analytics provider that identifies early signs of clinical deterioration in chronically-ill patients. Mr. Hawkins was also a Founding Investor and Advisor to The Batchery, a startup incubator and accelerator. Prior to that, Mr. Hawkins was Vice President of Business Development and Sales for MedeAnalytics, Inc. Mr. Hawkins holds a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ian Shakil

Founder, Chief Strategy Officer, and Board Member

Ian Shakil is the founder of Augmedix and has served as Chief Strategy Officer since October 2018. Mr. Shakil has been a member of the Augmedix board since April 2013. From April 2013 to October 2018, Mr. Shakil served as the Chief Executive Officer of Augmedix. Mr. Shakil has also served as Advisor to Edwards Lifesciences Corporation since May 2019. Mr. Shakil has a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Davin Lundquist, M.D.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Davin Lundquist joined Augmedix in December 2019 as Chief Medical Officer. He is a practicing physician and industry leader and was an early adopter of AI-powered medical documentation for hospitals and health systems. Prior to joining Augmedix, Dr. Lundquist held roles at Dignity Health including Chief Medical and Administrative Officer and Chief Medical Information Officer. He received his M.D. from the Keck School of Medicine at University of Southern California.

Tomer Levy

Senior Vice President of Engineering

Tomer Levy joined Augmedix in January 2024 in the newly-created Senior Vice President of Engineering role. He brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare information technology. Throughout his career, Levy has delivered innovative solutions in healthcare IT to large enterprises worldwide. Prior to joining Augmedix, Levy most recently served as Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Change Healthcare. He is passionate about the adoption of cloud technologies that will define a new benchmark for simplicity, cost-effectiveness, cybersecurity, and leveraging data for improved clinical outcomes. Levy worked closely with the Google Cloud Platform team to build a transformative cloud-native solution for medical imaging that set a new standard for scale, reliability, and efficiency.

Rashed Mujib Noman

Country Director – Bangladesh

Rashed Mujib Noman joined Augmedix in 2017 as Country Director, Bangladesh. A native of Bangladesh, Noman is responsible for growing the operation into Augmedix's largest and fastest growing center. He currently serves as Director (Operations) for Bangladesh Association of Call Centers and Outsourcing (BACCO), Member of the Executive Committee of American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham), and Vice-Chairman for Bangladesh Freelancer Development Society (BFDS). He is the founder of the non-profit organization Humanity Worldwide Foundation and has been working to alleviate poverty in Bangladesh. He is the recipient of Digital Bangladesh Award 2022 in ‘Best Person’ in the ‘National Level: General-Private’ category. He is also a start-up enthusiast and has been investing in several start-ups and mentoring a few. He is working to popularize STEM education in Bangladesh and also focusing on automation, robotics, etc. Prior to Augmedix, he worked in the United States for General Motors and Boeing. Noman received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), a M.S. in Engineering from the University of South Carolina, and an MBA in Project Management from New York Institute of Technology.
